Who doesn’t love a biscuit? I’ve suffered for years now with gluten sensitivity (the bane of my existence which I try to deny and ignore until I’m waddling through my house with my stomach resembling a can of pop and fresh dough wondering why I can’t see my feet – then and only then do I lie my delusions down and admit I have problem. And it is a problem. A big one. But that’s another story for another day. But not even this godforsaken aliment can stop me from enjoying a hot out of the oven buttermilk biscuit.
